Our goal is to encourage our clients to treat improvement as a long-term process. Simply taking one or two coaching sessions and expecting big changes will not happen. The time and repetitions necessary to change a series of motor patters is lengthy. Of course, all individuals are different with some needing more coaching time, while others are very diligent and precise with their homework practice. Some people have more time availability and others greater life responsibilities. All these factors weigh in on how much one-on-one coaching time you will do best with. However, from our years of experience, the vast majority of clients prosper the most from bi-weekly coaching.
If you have plenty of time for practice, you will need a check-up to keep you precisely on task or to add another skill layer to your practice. If you have a busy time frame and get little practice, you need to return in a timely manner to refresh your memory and enhance your focus on the tasks of priority . Because of this, we have created a simple fee structure based around the bi-weekly strategy.
Coaching sessions last 1-hour. All monthly sessions must be used in the month they are billed. Payment is due prior to the beginning of the first session. Auto-billing is available for reoccurring use.
For a single, one-time coaching session
You receive (2) 1-hour coaching sessions each month. This may also be utilized as (1) 2-hour coaching session.
You receive (4) 1-hour coaching sessions per month. These can also be utilized as (2) 2-hour sessions.
